Karen Shine is a 40 something lady, living in Brisbane, Australia, having found her way down under from the historic Roman city of Chester, England. She is a mother of two rapidly growing children, balancing home, life, Spondyloarthritis and more recently her puppy Rory and partner Bill.
The main focus of this site is to share how Karen is making everyday life easier, saving time and energy for the important people and fun times. Initially it is focused on cooking as it’s been the area Karen has made the biggest changes in her life, along with Karen’s love of all things gadgety.
